- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 1-2 tbs olive or coconut oil
- salt to taste (add other seasonings or garlic to compliment your dish)
- Use a food processor or the large holes on a grater to grate the cauliflower into small pieces.
- Heat the oil in a large fry pan over med-high heat. Add cauliflower and cook until the cauliflower is soft and starting to get a little brown.
